Adopts the Alaska Coordinate System of 2022 as an official coordinate system alongside existing systems of 1927 and 1983.

Establishes that zone parameters and characteristics of all Alaska Coordinate Systems be defined by the National Geodetic Survey maintained by the National Ocean Service of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration as read on the effective date of the act.

Allows coordinates in the Alaska Coordinate System of 2022 to be expressed in meters and decimals of a meter or international feet and decimals of an international foot.

Limits the use of "Alaska Coordinate System of 2022" terminology on maps, survey reports, and other documents to coordinates actually based on the Alaska Coordinate System of 2022.

Provides that when coordinates are used with United States public land survey descriptions, the public land survey description prevails in case of conflict.
