Appropriates $1,193,475,200 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to fund state aid under the public school funding formula, sourced from $31,166,700 from the public school trust fund and $1,162,308,500 from the general fund.

Appropriates $71,435,893 from the general fund for fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, to fund student transportation under AS 14.09.010.

Appropriates necessary amounts from the general fund for state aid and student transportation for fiscal year ending June 30, 2023, with specific amounts to be determined.

Fund capitalizations made by this appropriation do not lapse.

Takes effect July 1, 2021, except provisions for fiscal year 2023 appropriations take effect July 1, 2022.
