Lowers the minimum age to sell cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, and tobacco products from 19 years old to 18 years old under AS 11.76.100(a).

Lowers the minimum age to sell electronic smoking products and nicotine-containing products from 19 years old to 18 years old under AS 11.76.109(a).

Allows persons 18 years or older to lawfully sell tobacco and nicotine products on behalf of their employer if the employer holds a required business license endorsement under AS 43.70.075.

Reduces the minimum age requirement for business license endorsement holders to allow employees under 18 years old to sell these products (previously required employees to be 19 or older).
