Establishes the Alaska Privacy and Abortion Act of 2021 to define the constitutional right to privacy under Article I, Section 22 of the Alaska Constitution as not protecting the intentional taking of innocent human life before, during, or after birth.

Declares that the intentional taking of innocent human life is not protected by the right to privacy under Alaska's Constitution, and makes this provision not subject to judicial review.

Asserts that Article I, Section 22 of the Alaska Constitution grants the legislature (not courts) the authority to implement provisions related to the right to privacy.

Contains legislative findings asserting that the drafters of the Alaska Constitution never intended the privacy right to recognize a right to take the life of an innocent child.

Creates AS 01.15.010 establishing new statutory language interpreting the scope of constitutional privacy protections in Alaska law.
