Replaces references to "THIS CHAPTER" with specific statute citations (AS 14.18.010 - 14.18.110) throughout existing nondiscrimination provisions in Alaska education law.

Prohibits public schools from directing or compelling students to affirm that any sex, race, ethnicity, religion, color, or national origin is inherently superior or inferior.

Prohibits public schools from directing or compelling students to affirm that individuals should be treated adversely based on sex, race, ethnicity, religion, color, or national origin, or are inherently responsible for past actions of others with the same characteristics.

Prohibits public schools from teaching the curriculum described by the New York Times' 1619 Project.

Prohibits the department, board, and public schools from expending public funds for purposes prohibited by the section; allows schools to continue collecting and reporting demographic data.
