Defines "sex" as biological sex in Alaska school athletics law (AS 14.18.040).

Requires public schools and private schools competing against public schools to designate each athletic team or sport as male/men/boys, female/women/girls, or coeducational/mixed.

Restricts participation in female/women/girls teams to students who are female based on biological sex.

Prohibits governmental entities, licensing organizations, athletic associations, and school districts from investigating or taking adverse action against schools for complying with these requirements.

Creates private causes of action for students deprived of athletic opportunities due to violations, students subjected to retaliation for reporting violations, and schools suffering harm from violations; requires actions be brought within two years.
