Amends AS 39.52.120(b) to add an exception to conflict of interest rules for Board of Fisheries and Board of Game members by referencing new provisions in AS 39.52.220(c).

Creates new AS 39.52.220(c) allowing Board of Fisheries and Board of Game members to deliberate and participate in matters despite personal or financial interests relating to fish or game resources businesses or organizations involving the member or their immediate family.

Restricts voting rights for Board of Fisheries and Board of Game members if the supervisor or majority of board members determine that further involvement would violate AS 39.52.110-39.52.190.

Modifies AS 39.52.220(a) to clarify that Board of Fisheries and Board of Game members are subject to the exception provisions in subsection (c) regarding participation in matters.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment under AS 01.10.070(c).
