State, municipal, and federal officials may not enforce federal laws, regulations, or orders requiring COVID-19 vaccination if they violate the Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

State, municipal, and federal officials may not impose or threaten fines or penalties on individuals who refuse COVID-19 vaccination or on entities that do not require vaccination.

The Alaska Attorney General may defend state residents prosecuted by the federal government for refusing to accept a COVID-19 vaccine.

The Alaska Attorney General shall file legal action to prevent implementation of any federal law, regulation, or order that violates the vaccination rights protected under this act.

The act takes effect immediately upon passage.
