Amends AS 11.76.110(a) to add a new crime category: administering a COVID-19 vaccine to another person or their minor child over that person's objection in violation of AS 18.09.330.

Creates new statute AS 18.09.330 establishing that individuals may object to COVID-19 vaccination for themselves based on religious, medical, or other grounds.

Permits parents or guardians to object to COVID-19 vaccination for minor children based on religious, medical, or other grounds.

Prohibits any person from requiring an individual to provide justification or documentation to support a decision to decline a COVID-19 vaccine for themselves or their minor child.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
