Establishes a 13-member Alaska marijuana industry task force within the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, chaired by the Marijuana Control Board chair.

Task force shall review existing marijuana taxation and fee structures, model revenue impacts to state and municipal governments, and assess effects on business viability.

Members include state commissioners, University of Alaska economist, local government officials, marijuana industry representatives (including cultivation, retail, and manufacturing operators), one senator, one representative, and a public health professional.

Task force must meet at least four times by telephone or virtual communication, submit recommendations to the legislature by December 31, 2022, and terminates when the Thirty-Third Alaska State Legislature's first regular session convenes.

Members serve without compensation but receive per diem authorized for boards and commissions; all meetings must be conducted remotely with no in-person gatherings permitted.
