Requires the Alaska Department of Education to develop and approve a mandatory social studies program about victims of communism for grades 6-12

Mandates at least 45 minutes of instruction covering six communist leaders: Mao Zedong (China), Joseph Stalin (USSR), Fidel Castro (Cuba), Vladimir Lenin (USSR), Ho Chi Minh (North Vietnam), and Nicolas Maduro (Venezuela)

Requires instruction to address how victims suffered under these regimes through suppression of speech, poverty, starvation, imprisonment, migration, and systemic lethal violence against civilians

Mandates the instruction be provided on November 7 of each year, or as close to that date as practicable
