Amends coercion statute (AS 11.41.530) to add a new subsection criminalizing threats to take or withhold action against a legislator, including reducing staff, travel authorization, committee assignments, or favorable caucus positions.

Amends bribery statute (AS 11.56.100) to add a new provision making it illegal to confer a benefit upon a public servant with intent to bind a legislator's vote on any measure.

Applies only to offenses committed on or after the effective date of the Act.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment under AS 01.10.070(c).
