Prohibits public school employees and contractors from indoctrinating or persuading students to adopt a particular point of view inconsistent with board-adopted standards.

Bars instruction that compels students to affirm that any sex, race, ethnicity, religion, color, or national origin is inherently superior or inferior.

Prohibits teaching that individuals are inherently racist, sexist, or oppressive based on their identity characteristics, or are responsible for past actions of others in their demographic group.

Prohibits instruction directing students to feel discomfort, guilt, or psychological distress based on sex, race, ethnicity, religion, color, or national origin.

Allows objective discussion of these concepts without endorsement; applies to public schools and public postsecondary institutions.
