Director shall provide space to rank four write-in candidates within each section on state general election ballots, replacing previous provision for voting for write-in candidates.

General election ballots shall be designed for ranked-choice voting, with voters directed to mark candidates in order of preference.

Voters may mark as many choices as desired but cannot assign the same ranking to more than one candidate for the same office.

Paper ballots for state general elections shall be printed on white paper.

Bill amends Alaska Statute 15.15.030 regarding preparation of official ballots to clarify ballot design and voting procedures.
