Appropriates $1,772,000,000 from the earnings reserve account for supplemental 2021 permanent fund dividends to eligible individuals who received a 2021 dividend, with administrative costs through June 30, 2023.

Appropriates $1,226,000,000 for supplemental 2020 permanent fund dividends to eligible individuals who received a 2020 dividend, with administrative costs through June 30, 2023.

Appropriates $816,000,000, $884,000,000, $826,000,000, and $683,000,000 respectively for supplemental permanent fund dividends for 2019, 2018, 2017, and 2016 to eligible individuals who received dividends in those years, with administrative costs through June 30, 2023.

Each appropriation is contingent on the legislature enacting a separate bill directing the commissioner of revenue to include the supplemental payments with the 2022 permanent fund dividend payments.

Total appropriations of $6,207,000,000 from the earnings reserve account, with the act taking effect immediately.
