Adds new section 17.20.025 to Alaska statutes creating an exemption for non-potentially hazardous food products from operating regulations and permit requirements.

Exemption excludes meat, poultry, and any food products containing meat or poultry.

Qualifying individuals must provide product information to the department and consumers, process and sell products in-state directly to consumers, and label products with department-required information.

Annual sales from exempt food products cannot exceed $50,000 in a calendar year.

Exempted food products and sellers remain subject to all other applicable state and federal statutes and regulations.
