Establishes the "Canadian Refugees are Welcome in Alaska Act" as the short title for this legislation.

Requires the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to establish educational and outreach activities targeting Canadian citizens, including those from Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan, as well as Canadians with refugee or asylum status.

Mandates outreach materials include information on Alaska's natural beauty, resident rights under state and U.S. law, U.S. citizenship application processes, state tax policies, firearm ownership and access statistics, coronavirus-related statewide mandates, and other benefits of state residency.
