Allows persons at least 16 years of age to preregister to vote in Alaska before meeting the age requirement for full registration.

Preregistration requires providing voter information specified in AS 15.07.060(1)-(4), (7)-(9), (11), and (12) to a registration official or voter registration agency.

Preregistered individuals must otherwise meet voter qualifications under AS 15.05.010(1) and (3).

The division shall automatically register preregistered persons to vote and send them a registration card 90 days before they reach 18 years of age.
