Appropriates $13,500,000 from the Permanent Fund Dividend Fund to the Department of Health & Social Services for public assistance and a Permanent Fund Dividend hold harmless program for fiscal year 2022.

Appropriates $795,609,508 from the Alaska Permanent Fund earnings reserve account to the dividend fund for payment of a supplementary permanent fund dividend and associated administrative costs for fiscal year ending June 30, 2022.

The $795,609,508 appropriation for fund capitalization does not lapse and remains available.

Act is retroactive to July 1, 2021 and takes effect immediately.
