Amends AS 08.18.051(b) to allow contractors to direct potential customers to their Internet website or landing page for required identification information instead of including all details in the advertisement itself, provided the advertisement states the information is available online and the website contains the required information.

Amends AS 08.18.053(b) to allow registered home inspectors and associate home inspectors to direct potential customers to their Internet website or landing page for required identification information under the same conditions as contractors.

Adds new definition to AS 08.18.171(19) defining "landing page" as a single web page that appears in response to clicking on a search engine optimized search result, marketing promotion, marketing email, or online advertisement.

Maintains existing requirements that all advertising, contracts, correspondence, cards, signs, and documents must show contractor name, mailing address, and principal place of business address, with advertising and contracts also including registration number.

Maintains existing requirements that home inspector advertising and business cards must show inspector name, mailing address, and registration number.
