• Appropriates $228,997,500 in operating funds for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022) for Alaska's integrated comprehensive mental health program across multiple state departments and agencies.

• Allocates $12,350,000 in capital appropriations for mental health projects including assistive technology, home modifications, housing assistance, coordinated transportation, and beneficiary housing programs.

• Includes $6,000,000 supplemental appropriation for fiscal year 2021 (ending June 30, 2021) for the Alaska Psychiatric Institute.

• Authorizes salary and benefit adjustments for state employees, court system employees, and legislators implementing eight collective bargaining agreements for fiscal year 2022.

• Takes effect July 1, 2021, with the exception of sections 8-10 which take effect June 30, 2021.
