Amends AS 14.17.410(b) to modify how correspondence study ADM is calculated in the district adjusted ADM formula by removing it from the intensive services calculation and adding it separately to the adjusted school ADM under paragraph (C).

Changes AS 14.17.430 to modify correspondence study funding language from "multiplying" the ADM by 90 percent to "using" the ADM of the correspondence program, altering how state funding allocation is calculated for correspondence programs.

Removes the requirement that correspondence study ADM be multiplied by 90 percent when calculating state funding amounts for centralized and district correspondence study programs.

Effective date is July 1, 2021.
