AK HJR3

Amends Alaska Constitution Article II, Section 3 to impose term limits on state legislators: representatives limited to six full or partial successive terms, senators limited to three full or partial successive terms.

Adds new Article XV, Section 30 to the Alaska Constitution establishing that any years served before the First Regular Session of the Thirty-Third Alaska State Legislature shall not count toward the new tenure limits.

Requires the proposed constitutional amendments to be submitted to Alaska voters at the next general election in accordance with Article XIII, Section 1 of the Alaska Constitution and state election laws.
