Amends Article XII, Section 5 of the Alaska Constitution to explicitly prohibit religious tests, secular or otherwise, as a qualification for public office.

Adds language to the oath of office section stating "No religious test, secular or otherwise, shall be required as a qualification for any public office."

Proposed constitutional amendment will be placed before Alaska voters at the next general election in compliance with state constitutional procedures.
