Amends AS 05.15.690(38) to expand the definition of "pull-tab game" to include electronic representations of cards, in addition to physical cards.

Allows pull-tab games to be conducted using electronic systems where participants purchase electronic representations of cards with concealed numbers or symbols.

Maintains the core mechanics of pull-tab games where prizes are awarded based on pre-designated numbers or symbols selected at random.

Authorizes the Department of Revenue to adopt regulations necessary to implement the electronic pull-tab provisions.
