AK SB145

Amends AS 24.10.130(b) to change legislative per diem restrictions from "is not entitled to" language to "may not receive" language for sessions exceeding 121 days.

Adds prohibition that daily per diem cannot be retroactively authorized for the period beginning the day after the 121st day of a regular session through the first day an operating budget bill is passed.

Per diem suspension period remains from day 122 of a regular session until either a fully-funded operating budget bill is passed or the next regular legislative session begins, whichever occurs first.

Defines "passed by the legislature" by reference to AS 01.10.070.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
