Requires the Department of Administration to provide individuals the option to execute an anatomical gift when renewing a driver's license by mail or through the department's Internet website.

Mandates the department provide information detailing the procedure for executing an anatomical gift under AS 13.52 (Health Care Decisions Act) on its website and in brochures sent to mail applicants.

Directs the department to transmit anatomical gift information to a donor registry created under AS 13.50.110 when a gift is executed during driver's license renewal.

Requires individuals to notify a procurement organization or the department if the driver's license is destroyed, mutilated, or if the anatomical gift is revoked under AS 13.52.183.

Establishes April of each year as Donate Life Month, which may be observed by schools, community groups, and public and private agencies with activities that increase public awareness of anatomical giving.
