Increases individual annual contribution limit to nongroup entities from $500 to $1,000 per year for influencing nominations, elections, candidates, or non-party groups.

Establishes automatic contribution limit adjustments beginning in the first quarter of 2026 and every four years thereafter, based on the Consumer Price Index for Anchorage, Alaska, rounded up to the nearest $10 increment.

Modifies restrictions on gubernatorial and lieutenant gubernatorial candidates to prohibit solicitation or acceptance of contributions unless occurring during the 90 days immediately preceding the election in which the individual is a candidate.

Removes restrictions on candidates soliciting contributions while the legislature is in regular session, limiting the prohibition to special legislative sessions held outside the capital city.

Repeals existing provisions in AS 15.13.072(a)(2) and 15.13.072(e).
