Increases individual contribution limit from $500 to $700 per year to nongroup entities for influencing nominations or elections of candidates.

Increases nongroup entity contribution limit from $1,000 to $1,400 per year to candidates, other groups, nongroup entities, or political parties.

Increases individual and group contribution limits for joint governor and lieutenant governor campaigns from $1,000 to $1,400 (individuals) and $2,000 to $2,800 (groups) per year.

Establishes automatic adjustment of contribution limits beginning in first quarter of 2023 and every four years thereafter based on Consumer Price Index increases for Anchorage, Alaska, rounded to nearest $10 increment.

Prohibits public officers from using state time, property, equipment, or facilities for self-promotion or partisan political purposes, with exception for governor's residence meetings on political strategy and use of state aircraft without charge to state.
