Increases Alaska's minimum wage to $15.00 per hour effective January 1, 2022, with annual adjustments thereafter based on inflation measured by the Consumer Price Index for Anchorage.

Prohibits employers from paying employees of one sex less than employees of another sex for substantially similar work (comparable skill, effort, responsibility, and working conditions), with limited exceptions for education/training disparities, seniority systems, merit systems, and geographic wage differentials.

Establishes remedies for wage discrimination violations including unpaid wages plus liquidated damages equal to twice the unpaid amount; allows employees to file civil actions in superior court or request commissioner representation.

Requires employers to maintain wage records for three years, post summaries of equal pay requirements, allow wage discussions among employees, and prohibits retaliation against employees exercising wage discrimination rights.

Mandates annual reports by January 15 regarding pay practices by election district, including employer compliance with wage laws and whether employees receive equal pay and living wages sufficient for a family of four.
