• Appropriates $1,674,240,708 for capital projects and grants across multiple state agencies for fiscal year 2023, funded through general fund, federal receipts, and other designated sources.

• Includes major allocations for transportation ($1.145 billion), environmental conservation ($82.5 million), natural resources ($69.8 million), and housing programs ($29.6 million).

• Authorizes $308.55 million in general obligation bonds for infrastructure projects including the Knik Arm Port ($175 million), airport improvements ($281.7 million), and university facilities ($18.65 million).
