Amends AS 08.18.051(b) to allow contractors to direct potential customers to an Internet website or landing page for required identification information instead of including all details in the advertisement itself, provided the ad states the information is available online and the website contains it.

Amends AS 08.18.053(b) to apply the same Internet website or landing page option to registered home inspectors and associate home inspectors for advertising and business cards showing name, mailing address, and registration number.

Adds a new definition to AS 08.18.171(19) defining "landing page" as a single web page appearing in response to clicking on a search engine optimized result, marketing promotion, marketing email, or online advertisement.
