• Provides immunity to peace officers from liability for damage to mobile devices when presented with electronic identification or insurance documents, except for damages resulting from intentional misconduct.

• Increases driver's license fees from $20 to $31 for noncommercial vehicles and from $100 to $155 for commercial vehicles; sets electronic driver's license/permit fee at $50.
