Establishes a new monthly salary schedule for classified and partially exempt employees in the executive branch and legislature who are not covered by collective bargaining agreements, with salary ranges from $2,283.00 to $11,650.00 monthly depending on position and step.

Changes the effective date of a 2.5 percent salary increase from July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2023 for employees covered under the new salary schedule.

Extends the salary increases to exempt service public officers (permanent and temporary employees), judicial branch employees (excluding justices and judges), and magistrates who are not members of collective bargaining units.

University of Alaska non-unionized employees receive salary increases according to the Board of Regents compensation policy rather than the statutory schedule.

Act takes effect July 1, 2022.
