Requires public schools to display on their websites all training materials, instructional materials, and school procedures related to nondiscrimination, diversity, equity, inclusion, race, ethnicity, sex, and bias, including material title, author, description, and links.

Schools must add new training and instructional materials to the website display before first use and retain information about materials for at least two years after course completion.

Prohibits schools from directing or compelling students or employees to affirm beliefs that the United States or state is fundamentally racist or sexist, that individuals are inherently racist or sexist based on identity characteristics, or that any sex, race, ethnicity, religion, color, or national origin is inherently superior or inferior.

Prohibits schools from using public funds to hire speakers, consultants, or diversity trainers who advocate prohibited concepts unless the school expressly disclaims sponsorship and provides opt-out opportunities for students and employees.

Exempts constitutionally protected speech, voluntary participation, research materials, and educational discussion or assignments that incorporate these concepts so long as the school clarifies it does not sponsor or endorse them.
