Prohibits social media platforms with over 5,000,000 subscribers from intentionally fact-checking, deleting, or using algorithms to censor religious or political speech of Alaska residents over age 18.

Establishes civil liability for violating the censorship prohibition, including actual damages, a minimum penalty of $75,000 per violation, and equitable relief.

Allows platforms to mitigate damages by restoring deleted or censored speech within a reasonable time upon user request.

Exempts from the prohibition speech that calls for violence or self-harm, pornography, operational errors, court orders, inauthentic sources, impersonation, criminal conduct, content harmful to minors, or minor bullying.

Requires platforms to prohibit bullying and harassment, provide page hosts with tools to establish decorum rules, and allows the Alaska Attorney General to bring civil actions on behalf of affected users.
