Requires the Alaska Department of Health to develop and implement a statewide dementia awareness program that maximizes federal benefits under 42 U.S.C. 280c-3 to 280c-5.

Department must create dementia educational materials for distribution through health boards, physicians, hospitals, and medical clinics to the public.

Department shall develop job-specific training programs for judicial staff, law enforcement, firefighters, social service providers, and emergency responders on recognizing and responding to dementia symptoms.

Department must maintain a list of state providers who diagnose, evaluate, or manage dementia and coordinate with nonprofit organizations to develop community-based education programs.

Department shall implement a public awareness campaign using multiple media to publicize dementia prevalence, promote early detection, educate on prevention methods, and publish treatment information and provider lists on the department's website.
