AK SB31

Prohibits a legislator from committing or binding another legislator to vote for or against bills, appointments, vetoes, or other measures that come before a legislative body.

Allows legislators to vote in caucus meetings on matters directly relating to selection of caucus officers or leaders of legislative bodies.

Permits legislators to conduct informal polls outside of full legislative body meetings to determine how another legislator may vote on a measure.

Amends the Legislative Ethics Act by adding definitions of "caucus" and "legislative body" under AS 24.60.037(g).
