Removes the deadline of "not later than the 30th legislative day of the first session" from the existing biennial "Alaska's University for Alaska's Schools" report on teacher recruitment and retention efforts.

Adds a new requirement for the Board of Regents to prepare a biennial report on accreditation assessing quality, effectiveness, and alignment with national, regional, and specialized accreditation standards for each instructional program.

Requires the accreditation report to be disaggregated by university campus, school or college, program, accrediting body, initial accreditation date, review date and cycle, and current accreditation status.

Mandates the accreditation report include a remediation plan for any instructional program that has lost or is at risk of losing accreditation.

Requires the Board of Regents to deliver both biennial reports to the senate secretary and chief clerk of the house by the 30th legislative day of the first regular session of each legislature and present them to education committees.
