• Makes supplemental operating appropriations totaling $13,447,100 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2021, including $13,500,000 for Permanent Fund Dividend hold harmless, $858,800 for education, and reductions to labor and University of Alaska budgets.

• Appropriates $53,362,500 for capital projects and grants, including $21,200,000 to Department of Fish and Game for salmon mitigation and wildlife management, $8,903,800 to Governor's office for elections security and deferred maintenance, and $7,646,000 for transportation facilities.

• Appropriates $1,225,518,055 from Alaska Permanent Fund earnings reserve for remaining 2020 permanent fund dividends and $4,000,000 to Department of Law for natural resources litigation across fiscal years 2021-2025.

• Reappropriates $484,434 in unexpended funds to Department of Revenue for tax expertise and economic analysis related to liquefied natural gas pipeline project.
