Removes correspondence study ADM from the calculation that combines it with intensive services funding under AS 14.17.420(a)(2), instead treating correspondence study separately in the district adjusted ADM calculation.

Adds correspondence study ADM to the sum of adjusted school ADMs before applying special needs and vocational/technical instruction funding factors under AS 14.17.420(a)(1) and (3).

Changes the funding calculation for correspondence programs from "multiplying" the ADM by 90 percent to "using" the ADM of the correspondence program without a specified percentage multiplier.

Effective date of July 1, 2021.
