Enacts the Multistate Nurse Licensure Compact, allowing registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to obtain a multistate license authorizing practice in multiple party states under a single license.

Establishes the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators to oversee compact implementation, rulemaking, and dispute resolution among party states.

Creates two pathways for nurse licensure in Alaska: state-only licenses and multistate licenses; applicants for multistate licenses must meet uniform requirements including fingerprinting and criminal background checks.

Grants Alaska's Board of Nursing authority over both in-state and multistate licenses, with disciplinary powers applied differently depending on license type (home state has full authority over multistate licenses; remote states have limited disciplinary actions).

Takes effect January 1, 2022, allowing Alaska to participate in interstate nurse mobility while maintaining public health and safety standards through coordinated licensure information systems and uniform requirements.
