Suspends Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature to allow changes to the title of House Bill No. 157 during consideration.

House Bill No. 157 requires disclosure of identities for persons, groups, and nongroup entities that expend money supporting or opposing state referendum or recall election applications.

Modifies Alaska Public Offices Commission office locations and locations where statements and reports are made available to the public.

Clarifies limits on making, accepting, and reporting cash campaign contributions and campaign finance reporting requirements for certain groups.

Increases response time for the Alaska Public Offices Commission to respond to advisory opinion requests and repeals certain contribution reporting requirements.
