Establishes a 14-member joint legislative commission to review Alaska's official state seal and motto and make recommendations for changes.

Commission must evaluate current seal and motto, identify potentially harmful or misunderstood features, and recommend changes that better reflect Alaska's commitment to peace, justice, liberty, and equality while honoring Alaska Native cultures and original inhabitants.

Commission includes 3 House members, 3 Senate members, the lieutenant governor or designee, and representatives from the Alaska State Council on the Arts, Alaska Humanities Forum, Alaska Historical Society, University of Alaska, Rasmussen Foundation, and First Alaskans Institute, plus one high school senior.

Commission must submit a report with recommendations and draft legislation to the legislature by February 15, 2022, and make findings available on the legislature's website.

Commission expires March 15, 2022, unless two-thirds of members vote to extend it until completion of work or June 30, 2022, whichever occurs first.
