• Supports widespread broadband deployment in Alaska and urges the Governor's administration to streamline authorization and environmental permitting processes while ensuring no unnecessary fees become barriers to deployment.

• Directs the Governor's administration to create a temporary, technology-neutral broadband and Internet access working group to include all stakeholders, including providers and consumers.

• Urges the U.S. Congress to include broadband infrastructure in 2021 federal infrastructure legislation alongside roads, bridges, and ports.

• Urges broadband providers to offer reduced rates to the state and its political subdivisions using savings from federal infrastructure legislation that funds private broadband infrastructure.

• Urges Alaska's congressional delegation to advocate for flexible broadband funding parameters given the state's unique challenges.
