Establishes an address confidentiality program administered by the Department of Administration to protect the residential addresses of eligible individuals by providing a substitute post office box for mailing purposes.

Eligible enrollees include victims of domestic violence, stalking, or sexual assault with a court-issued protective order; guardians of minors with protective orders; peace officers; correctional officers; and household members of these individuals.

Requires state and municipal agencies to accept the designated post office box as a mailing address for enrolled individuals and mandates the department maintain address confidentiality.

Removes individuals from the program five years after a protective order expires (for crime victims and minor guardians) or five years after employment ends as a peace officer or correctional officer.

Makes unauthorized disclosure of confidential address information to a protective order respondent a class B misdemeanor; the bill takes effect January 1, 2024, with regulations authority effective immediately.
