Reserves all authority to regulate pesticides to the state of Alaska, prohibiting municipalities from enacting or enforcing pesticide regulations.

Prohibits local governments from regulating the sale, use, registration, notification of use, advertising, marketing, distribution, storage, transportation, or disposal of pesticides.

Prohibits municipalities from regulating applicator training and certification, disclosure of confidential pesticide information, or competition in the pesticide market.

Applies to both home rule and general law municipalities throughout Alaska.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
