Establishes a legislative finding that the State Officers Compensation Commission cannot waive public notice requirements for meetings under AS 39.23.500(c).

Disapproves the State Officers Compensation Commission's recommendations for governor, lieutenant governor, department head, and legislator salaries from the final report as amended on March 15, 2023.

Overrides the standard 60-day time limit in AS 39.23.540(d) to allow the legislature to disapprove the compensation recommendations beyond the normal window.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment under AS 01.10.070(c).
