Amends the Joint Armed Services Committee composition to change "Air and Space Forces Association" from "Air Force Association" to reflect the separate Space Force branch.

Modifies judge advocate qualification requirements under the code of military justice to include "Space Force" as a service branch for certified or designated judge advocates.

Updates the definition of "facility" in military facility zone statutes to explicitly include the United States Space Force alongside other military branches serving Alaska.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment under Alaska Statutes 01.10.070(c).
