Amends AS 37.10.071 to prohibit fiduciaries of state funds from taking investment actions for the purpose of furthering social, political, or ideological interests, except as required by federal or state law.

Prohibits investment actions demonstrating commitment to eliminating, reducing, offsetting, or disclosing greenhouse gas emissions.

Prohibits investment actions based on corporate board or employee composition, compensation, or disclosure criteria related to social, political, or ideological characteristics.

Prohibits divesting from or limiting investment in companies for failing to meet environmental standards or for engaging in firearms manufacturing, distribution, sale, or use.

Applies identical restrictions to the Alaska Retirement Management Board (AS 37.10.220) and Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation Board (AS 37.13.120).
